Hello! I would like to change time signature from 3/2 to 3/4 but I want to keep music proportionally faster. So that all half's become quarters etc.

First, Change all empty measures to real whole rest. (Plug-ins)
Then Utilities > Change > Note durations, set to 50%. Do not rebar music.
Then change the tie sig.
