If you would rather not have to switch back and forth between Concert Pitch and not, then you need to do one of the following:
If you want to set it specifically, then your staff by default needs to be in concert pitch, and you would need to create a staff style that transposes the part up a fifth and changes the clef, and apply it to the Part Only. After creating the style, when you are viewing the PART, you would select the entire French Horn line you wanted to alter, and in the Staff tool you would right click to get the Context Menu, and instead of clicking the Staff Style directly, you would go to "Apply Staff Style To" and Choose "Current Part/Score"
Alternately, if you want the Staff to be transposed by default, then You would want to create a Staff Style that REMOVES transposition and apply it to the Score only.
Now that I think about it, the second method would require less Staff Style creation - you would need only one style to remove transposition, and you could call it "Concert Pitch" _______________________________
