Hi, I was looking through some piano music when I noticed that some notes on the different staves were connected. I tried to do this on Finale PrintMusic 2009 but I could not find a way. Even after looking in the Help section, it remained a mystery. I was wondering if anyone could help me. I don't even know if it is possible in PrintMusic!

This is possible in Finale, but I'm pretty sure not in PrintMusic.

this is not possible in Printmusic. You need Finale 2009, or, I think any makemusic has this feature.

Confirmed. Only the full Finale has the Note Mover tool.

Simple Entry, QWERTY keyboard. That's my system, and I'm stickin' to it.

My guess is Joplin's "The Entertainer."

Am I right?

Not Janis, Janus.

He kept trying to compose music, but since he was always looking two ways at once he had a terrible time until he invented the round. Most likely, if the musicologists dig deep enough, they'll discover that the original words to "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" were in classical Latin.

Yes, you're right. That snapshot was taken from the Entertainer. It's one of my most favorite pieces.
