Hello, i just downloaded SmartMusic and was trying to download a few peices for practice but for some reason the progress still says 0% it's been about a half an hour and it's the same, we have wireless internet at my house so maybe that's why? my computer is fairly new and internet connection is good any advice of help would be great, Thanks.
 
 
EDIT:   it's still saying 0% and i don't know why any help would be nice

it's still not working..

 

i have rebooted my computer several times and uninstalled and re installed smartmusic and still nothing %0 is all it says

This is almost always caused by a firewall or other security program blocking SmartMusic.  You can find advice at the following link:  http://smartmusic.custhelp.com/app/
 
If you search the Knowledge Base for "firewall" (without quotes) you will find advice on allowing SmartMusic through some of the most common security programs like the Windows Firewall.  There is also a general article containing the websites and file types that SM uses at this link: http://smartmusic.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1523/kw/firewall/r_id/101774
 
Should the steps above not help, you can click Submit a Support Case from the http://smartmusic.custhelp.com/app/ page and we will investigate with you in more detail.
