I was given about a dozen unedited piano accompaniments done in pencil. I found a mixture of A and B. I'll settle on B, but think Bill's cross staff example looks nice. However, I'm going to keep things simple so no one flips their wig.

In these examples should there be an attempt to distinguish which hand plays the notes? (by the direction of the stem? or a "rh" mark?) GN
