After a major crash of my computer, all my .Mus files are gibberish. I installed Finale ( 2001d )again and the problem remains.
In the Windows system font file I can see that the maestro font is there, however, when going to Finale's Options/Select default fonts - it says :"This font is not installed on this system"..
Please help me solve this problem.

Do a custom reinstall of Finale. selecting only the fonts.
Restart your computer.
Open a Finale file and see if everything is OK now.
