The tie tool has disappeared from the simple entry tool palette and I can't figure out how to get it back. Why has it disappeared? I am not a computer whiz so the answer will have to be easy to understand. Jan32 | Back to Top

By selecting the tie, and only the tie, I can click ties on or off where needed (in a hurry and missed some, or whatever). So, not having that on the Palette would be disastrous for my workflow.

I was about to try and and do as Mike suggested when I clicked on the top of the page and it lifted up a bit and lo and behold the tie tool re-appeared. I noticed the tuplet tool was underneath the tie but that is still under the edge of the screen. I will have a go at using the T to make tuplets. Thanks for your help. Jan Noble | Back to Top
