It would be nice if I could see which libraries are already loaded into a template, and delete or replace them as desired. For example, JUST replace the Chord Suffix library with my own.

Is this just a pipe dream, or is it there and I just don't know about it?

Why don't you add this information to the "File Info" panel? There is a "Description" field that seems to be a good place.

You can see which chord suffixes are already in a document in the Chord Suffix Selection box.

The trouble is: if you change one chord suffix, is your "Library" loaded, or not loaded? I guess it would be nice if Finale could overwrite an existing chord suffix library, but that could be dangerously destructive if things weren't quite right.

A couple of ideas that MM could implement :
1) in Document Options, one more item : "Loaded libraries"
2) In the Chord Definition window, the name of the loaded library (not taking into account any modification).

P.S. in the libraries which were created, one can add the name of the library in the first box of the Chord Suffix Selection. I do it in the top box of my expression libraries.
