I'm having a major problem.

I have one staff and two layers. I want to type the soprano 1 lyrics on top of the staff and the soprano 2 lyrics on the bottom(like it is usually done), but I can't figure it out.

Any suggestions?

Ron:

Just put the lyrics that are over the staff in verse 1, and the lyrics under the staff in verse 2. (Go to Lyrics> Specify Current Lyric to do this.) This way, you can adjust the verses separately.
