I just purchased the SmartMusic subscription, but nowhere can I find how to activate it?

If you ordered your subscription online, I believe you would have set up a username and password for your account. Try typing the username or e-mail you entered in the e-mail box and your password in the password box. If you have both of these, I believe you shouldn't need a code.

If that's not helpful, go ahead and call MakeMusic on Monday. It's a free call and they should be able to help get you going quickly. 866-240-4041 (toll free M-F, 8:30-8 CST)
