How do you control the stem direction of notes? Some notes (say a fifth) will show up with opposing note stems make the music difficult to read. Thanks

Jim,

Click on the Speedy Tool, click the note whose stem you want to change and press the "L" key. If you want to make all the stems in one or more measures go the same direction, select the Mass Mover Tool, select the measures in question and go to the Mass Mover Menu > Utilities > Freeze Stems Up (Down).
