On a Mac lap top there is no "clear" key. Is
there a simple way to remove an note or notes
in speedy entry? Also when I try to change a
note to a rest. A rest is inserted and the
note isn't changed. Any help? Thanks

There should be a "fn" key (function) that switches
some of the alpha-keys to numeric keys and there is
a corresponding clear key - you can also lock the
keyboard into this mode - very handy

You can use Shift-Delete as Clear.

What I did was buy a USB numeric
keypad for a few bucks, and it works
great. (Make sure you get one for a MAC
though.)

I thought that on the new Laptops it was Fn-8. I'm not looking at one now, so that could be wrong.
