My name is Hu Haipeng, and I'm a Chinese blind musician. I'm planning to develop plugins for both Finale and Sibelius to make braille music transcription. Since I have many advanced scores in both format, I think I can make a publishing quality plugin if anyone helps me. I remember Finale has a PDK tool, but now it's gone. Could you please tell me how to develop a Finale plugin now? What tool should I have?
