I keep experiencing pop-ups when using the Finale site, especially when using the help sections. The main one is the 'related search' on the LHS. It only appears on the Finale site and it takes all my time to clear them.

Has anyone else had this problem?

We don't have pop-ups or pop-unders on our websites. In addition to Mike's excellent advice, I would check to make sure you don't have any toolbars installed (most of them are add-on junk from installing other software). They tend to hijack browsers and do unexpected things, mostly involving advertisements, but often bad things. Lots of good security and privacy tools available for free that should help out, but I'd make sure to check a review site or two before installing one just in case it's actually adware!
