How do I do trills that alternate between two of chosen notes ( the one with a few lines between the two notes ) ? Thanks

AFAIK, that's a tremolo, not a trill. In Finale 2002 and 2003, TGTools comes with a very handy easy tremolo utility. Highlight the measures and go to Plug-ins> TGTools> Easy Tremolo.
