Is there any plugin that I might be missing which can do the following:

I'd like to replace any instance of the expression (in this case: Rehearsal mark) that has the number 1454 in the Expression Selection dialog with expression number 69. I hoped that JW Change might offer something like this, but no luck there.

Utilities/Change/Expressions. The UI is perhaps a bit awkward, but that feature should be able to do what you ask.

If you'll no longer use 1454, then you can delete it; Finale will prompt you and let you replace it with something else everywhere it's used.

(That is, you can replace all occurences at once.)
