Hi all,

I have two questions regarding tiny specifics while using linked parts.

1. Is it possible to have different settings for measure number regions for different parts? Specifically, I am hoping to have measure numbers show up above the staff on one part (keyboard plus voice), and below the staff on others. I know one way around it might be to duplicate the file and simply set the measure numbers above in one file and below in the other. Are there any other suggestions?

2. Is it possible to add text to a part name without adding that text to all part names? Again, specifically - I have a part named "REED," under which I'd like to list the instruments needed as additional text. My first instinct was, in the part, to simply edit the Part Name, press Enter and list the instruments. But then the instruments showed up in the other parts, under the part names, as well. I suppose this text could be added in "Edit Part Name" in Manage Parts, but I would like this text to be smaller, not bolded, etc. - and I don't think text within the part name can be independently formatted like that...or can it? The easy solution is probably to just create a totally new text object and place it below the part name, but I'm wondering if it's possible to do in the same text object as the part name - for consistency of placement, mostly.

Thanks for your help!
