I may be doing something wrong, but I can't get any of the Maestro characters to appear that involve the "ALT" key. Maybe a setting wrong, or I don't understand what to do. What I do is, if I want an equal sign (=) I hold the Alt key will I type 0200. Nothing happens, except my computer gives me the "default beep-Windows XP ding" sound. What am I doing wrong?

You're definitely using the keypad and not the numeric keys above the keyboard, right?

Otherwise it works for me (on both '98 and W2K machines).
