I entered a electric guitar in the set up wizard instead of a bass. How do I change the instrumentation once I've set up the score?

You may also need to change the displaying staff name. Choose your staff tool, double-click that staff, and edit the full and abbreviated staff names.

...and you'll most likely need to change the clef, since bass is in bass clef (no surprises here!) and guitar is in treble clef. Both are notated an octave higher the the sounding pitch, so the transposition can be left alone.
