I just downloaded 2004b and was greatly relieved that when I opened up the Instrument List, I could access all of the expansion boards and such on my synths - life is good. However, when just tried experimenting on a new file, I discovered that when I would press a key on my controller, it would continually restrike the note at a rate of about 16th notes at quarter = 60. Anyone else have this problem and any idea how to fix it?

That sounds similar to what I experienced with the first release of F2004. Using speedy entry, but with computer keyboard entry, I would push a "4" for an eighth note but an unending string of eighth notes would be entered on their own. The string would stop when I clicked outside the box, but would restart when I re-entered the box and pushed the "4" again. I finally got this process to stop, but I could never recreate it after that. Weird. Sorry that I wasn't any help.

I've posted about this before, but I guess no one else has experienced it because there was no response.
