Hi there! i'm just trying to activate my subscription but it says that there is no subscription available on my account. Any idea what might be wrong?

Give customer support a call at at 866-240-4041. They're open 8:30am-8pm Central Time, so you may be able to catch them before they close for the night.

That's really 8:30 am-5pm Central Time. I just called as my subscription has not been working since Saturday.

SmartMusic Technical Support at 866.240.4041 is open from 8am-8pm CDT, M-F. SmartMusic Sales, Notation Technical Support and the rest of the office closes at 5. Notation Registration and Upgrades are open 24/7, although you'll get a limited answering service outside normal business hours.
