I wrote to Tech Support but did not get a sufficient answer.
 
Problem:
 
Recently got a new computer here at school. Windows 7 Enterprise (32-bit) installed.
Re-installed Finale 2008. No problems printing to HP 6122 deskjet printer or the networked Canon ir5000 printer.
 
Got Finale 2011. Installed that.
Printouts from the HP have NO STAFF LINES. (attached)
Printouts from the networked Canon have FFF markings for all quarter notes. (attached)
 
Tech support said I needed to make sure "Embed fonts" is checked. It is.
 
I un-installed BOTH versions fo Finale again and re-installed. Same problem.
 
However, I CAN PRINT to PDF using my PrimoPDF mode. Everything there looks fine - and I can print from the PDF file.
Needless to say, going to two steps is an annoyance.
 
Any suggestions?  Should I try to un-install ALL FINALE FONTS and re-install them?

OK, I resolved the HP part of the problem. HP recommends swapping out the drivers for the deskjet 6122 with the deskjet 990c. The 6122 is not supported in Windows 7.

So for whatever reason, everything else prints fine to my deskjet 6122 EXCEPT for Finale. So I have changed the drivers to a 990c and am fooling Windows 7.

Now I hope I can come up with a solution for the Canon ir5000-6000 networked computer.

Probably a similar issue, as the HP issue. Try talking to Canon.
