how would I get the music accompaniment parts to print out? Like if I'm trying to play a song from Wizard of Oz for the clarinet, what would I do to get the music to show up so I could read it or print it out?

MakeMusic is only allowed to include the notation for songs which they own the copyright or have been given special permission by the publisher. These are pretty much limited to the samples, exercises, and methods. If purchasing a subscription to SmartMusic meant getting the written music to thousands of songs, the publishers would never allow it - selling sheet music is how they make money, and allowing millions of dollars worth of music to go for $20 wouldn't be a good plan for them. So in short, you need to purchase the sheet music or check them out from your school or a library.
