I have an Educators subscription to SmartMusic. Every time I open it it wants me to activate (yet it's already activated). I tell it to activate and then it goes on in to SmartMusic. When I try to open anything I get this error message:
"This accompaniment requires a full subscription."
I have a full subscription. I have checked all of my security settings and everything is fine there.
Anyone have a clue as to what's going on?
