What is the difference between copying lyrics with selection tool or cloning lyrics with lyrics tool ?
Is it the same result or purpose ?

Somebody had better confirm this, but I think this is the most significant difference. If you Clone Lyrics, any later change affects both the clone and the original, while if you Copy Lyrics you can edit either the copy or the original independently.

I'd be curious to know if many people here use Clone Lyrics any more. When the changes were made from Mass Mover to Selection Tool I found it so easy to copy and paste lyrics that I stopped using cloning because of limitations in the cloned lyrics.

I use cloning when I write my synagogue a cappella works with transliterated Hebrew. There are always changes to the transliteration, so I can make the changes in ONE place and have them show up throughout the entire piece. I don't speak Hebrew myself, so I am dependent on others at the synagogue, and there are differences of opinion out there on the correct way to put Hebrew into the Latin alphabet.
