I've been succesfully doing guitar bends in Finale 2008 but later on the succeeding bends that I create in my score don't have arrows anymore. How did this happen? What can I do to fix this?

Possibly the Smart Line Style for the Guitar Bend got changed. If it did, it can be changed back easily in the Smart Shape Options box. Just change the Smart Lin Style for Guitar Bend to number 4 (or manually select the proper line in the list). This will affect the new ones you create, not the ones already entered.
