I have tried repeatedly to access the support portal on the makemusic website, and am redirected to the front page every time.

Does anybody know if this will be fixed any time soon?

Are you going to www.finalemusic.com? There the support link works as expected, for me, at least.

I think I have tried just about every single possible way of getting to it. It just defaults to the front page.

Including Chrome and Safari on my MBP, Chrome and the browser on my Samsung phone. I have tried www.makemusic.com and www.finalemusic.com. I have tried inputting the complete URL, as well as linking from the front page. I have deleted cookies and browser history. Nothing works, I just end up on the front page.

Just to be clear, I have no problem getting to the FAQs. The problem occurs when I try to go to "Ask a question" or "My support cases".

Yes, I am logged in.

If it helps, I am in Norway.

Someone else from Norway, I think forum member Skjalg, had this same problem. Maybe send him a private message via the forum - his profile page should be at forum.makemusic.com/profile.aspx?f=6&p=8887 - to ask if it was him and if he found a solution.

I sent a Facebook Message to Finalemusic. Don't know what they did, but it got fixed. I had exactly the same problem as you, MacBook, iPad, iPhone, Safari, Chrome etc.
