False advertising? I guess if you're working with an outdated book when 2014 comes, you're trailblazing.

Since there is a 2012 version of this book, perhaps this means that he was given an advance copy of 2014.

The last few Finale releases were usually July or August, right? I seem to remember they tried to time them that way so colleges & college students would buy the latest version if required to have Finale. With the book having a release date of next week, I assume 2014 will probably be out this month too.
