I'm having a problen with the Text Search & Replace script. I'm writing a method for drummers and prepairing a French translation know. I tried to replace al the R's (Right) in the file to D (Droite) with the text replacement plugin, but Finale keeps on crashing. Can anyone help me? The tool helped me very well with other text replacements. Maybe there are to many R's in the book/file? smile

Which version of Finale are you using?
Have you tried:
search "R" whole word, case, replace "D"
in Finalescript?

I'm using Finale 2005. I tried the way you told me but Finale keeps on crashing.
