Carey,

My favourite way is to choose "New Window" from the Window menu in Finale, then "Tile Vertically/Horizontally". This creates a second view of the same file, which you can drag to/from.

My favorite way is: highlight the source material, then use the scroll bars/arrows to get to the destination page. Ctrl+shift+click in the first destination measure. VoilĂ .

Be careful after you've selected the source material not to do any clicking within the page itself, or you'll lose the highlighting.
