I can't seem to audition my score using the spacebar+click method, and the articulation QuickKey doesn't seem to work. If I hold down the spacebar, I get the "ear" cursor, but clicking with the touchpad doesn't do anything. When I hold the "s" key down and click a note with the left mousepad button, no staccato dot. What gives? I tried restarting Finale and restarting the PC.

However, copying and pasting using Ctrl+Shift+Click works.

This is probably related to your other thread. You're using a touchpad. Do you also have a mouse you can try? If it works correctly with a mouse, possible the touchpad has a setting which is not normal, or is malfunctioning.

I will have to try the mouse. This worked fine with the touch pad for years. The only thing I can see that has changed is that I upgraded to Windows 10.
