Having a little trouble with a delay in the recording functions.  Computer seems fast enough.  I get two count-off clicks for every one in the countoff measure and in the saved recording everything is delayed by a half second.  So even if a student played it correctly, it sounds wrong (imcompatible) with the accompaniment. As far as the assessment, it seems okay but still picking up crossover from the speakers. I guess I have to move them even further away? Thanks for any suggestions

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you go ahead and call or write customer support. They've seen things like this before and should be able to offer some helpful suggestions.
