Another problem is worse:
When I start Finale from a client (I use Terminal Services Client) the music font is not found when opening a default file (it IS fond when I run the program on the server)

You may wish to install the fonts on the client computer, unless I misunderstand how your setup works.

This problem is solved now, by reinstalling the fonts.
