I am frustrated because I cannot access your videso and offers of free subscriptions to get my schools and students involved in SM.

Will these offers be available in Spain? Now is the time to get students signed up so they can practice over the,summer.

Thanks for posting. Our 1-2-3 Clinic is available and redeemable in Spain. Similar to the issues you have been having submitting support tickets I do believe that this is an issue with the environment in which you are using your computer (Browser settings, network configurations, ISP). Unfortunately these forums are not intended or monitored for technical assistance; for the specific issues you have been having I would recommend contacting a computer help desk and let them know that you are having issues accessing certain websites. I can confirm that other customers in Spain are not having the same issues you have outlined.

Ok, I'll take your word on thatr that neither my iPad nor my iMac are accessing again the correct pages for possible reasons you list here. I'll try it with a computer, a PC, at one the schools i teach at today. If what you say is true, it should work there. I should be able to register to see the videos. That means the registration page that appears ill have to be different, so that a europe address and phone number can be entered. Please be sure on this. Thank you. If it doesnt ork, you'll be hearing from me.

Solved Seth, thank you. We had to de-activate the firewall and Norton Anti-virus to enter the SM platform, and activate it fir the first time, at AUla de Musica in Vilassar de Mar, SPain.

In order to see the videos, which I am now able to do, fillingout the registration I entered my name, the school outside of Barcelona SPain where I am, and then entered NJ (as in NEw Jersey, USA) for a state since the system requires that.
