Does anyone know of a Finalescript which would batch create pdfs of all open Finale files, much the way the "Batch Print" permits all open files to be sent to a printer? I'd like to be able to basically "save to pdf" all of the files I have open rather than manually go through each one and create a pdf in the usual way. Selecting the pdf driver that comes with Acrobat, then selecting Batch Print in Finalescript does not work, though it would seem the logical method.

Thanks for all input...
Brent

It works for me. I select Acrobat as my default printer, when I run the batch print script, it automatically prints straight to PDF.

Which version of Acrobat are you using? I just upgraded Acrobat Professional from 6.01 to version 8 for Mac (hoping that the updated driver would make it possible) and neither one would work. It hangs up on the first file.

Thanks for your reply.

I'm using Acrobat Standard 7.0 (with custom distiller settings used also)

What exactly is the finalescript that you're using?

JT,

Much to my surprise, it is now working. I don't know what I did but thought I would test it again before I answered you and...it worked!

Thanks,
Brent
