Hi I'm new to the forum and happy to have found it. Could anybody tell me how to change the playback tempo in a existing Finale document, I know it must be very simple but I don't seem to find how to do it. Your help will be really apreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Several ways:

Place an expression in the score that includes a tempo indication.
Enter a BPM value in the Playback controls (click on the triangle for more options).
Use the tempo tool

Incidentall, you have posted in the forum for Finalescript. You may have better luck posting in either the Mac or PC general forum, as appropriate.
