I can't get the xylophone to assess a number of SM generated scale exercises that I have assigned. Students see the notes, the assessment button is selected, recording levels are set, the notes are not grayed out. However, upon completion of the Take, there are no red or green notes registered at all and no score. I can hear the recorded performance in the playback. Suggestions?
