I accidently 'deleted' an instrument (with notation) in the score manager.
How can i 'undelete' an instrument in score manager (with notation) back to the original instrument w/data?
If I click on 'add instrument',it will only provide a blank staff for the instrument without my data.

How about if you exit your score without saving?

I posted this response over on the Mac side.

Have you tried "Undo"?  Click on the document to give it focus first.

Worked for me when I tried it.
