Jary can you program a plugin (with or without LUA) to remove from the total count measures that are not complete or not of a specific time??

If I understand you correctly, what you want is available in "JW Meter and Rhythm" plug-in: Transform to Contents->Create Time Signature

That would create a time signature based on the duration of the notes in the measure.

example:
if time is in 6-8 and the first measurement is only 1/8 I want to remove with a plug-in (not classic remove) just this bar from the count of the number of beats.
