Excuses wore thin- let's see last year some time?

Finale's a complex piece of software . . .
-more complex than all the thousands of other OS X compatible apps out there?

Coda (or MakeMusic or whatever) just doesn't have the Mac programming personnel to get the job done. . .
-then then they don't have enough Mac programmers!!!

Coda’s job is to make software that meets the needs of their customers- that’s what they do- in business terms that is their service. The biggest mistake a company can ever make is taking steps that endanger the delivery of its service. It is essentially a reniging on the entire customer/ supplier contract.

Due to the lack of information beyond the "great veil of Coda silence" we will likely never know the decisions that have caused the Finale OS X delays, but whoever’s decisions they were, they were foolishly made ones that will bear consequences for years to come.

Perhaps if nothing else, the fallout from this unprecedented debacle will lodge future caution in the minds of those whose poor managerial decisions and/or lack of preparation (pardon the expression) “spit in the face” of a software company’s entire Mac clientele.

-a highly disappointed Finale for Mac user
