My subscription has been bought, but when i click on the update button in smartmusic, it says "Sorry, the log in data you submitted did not match any accounts. Please check it and try again." i cannot find any option under file or the others that will let me change it or check it. I can log into smartmusic.com but i cant renew my subscription. Please help.

Go ahead and call customer support at 866-240-4041. They're open 8:30am-8pm Central Time.
