When I click on the mass mover menu, the drop down menu is half way off of my monitor so that I can't read the choices. None of the other menus do this...any ideas how to fix it?

Either your proccesser is too slow, or you need to change your resolution. Control Panel >> Display >> Settings

I believe that it is your low resolution. Finale, like many programs, doesn't always do well with 640x480 or even 800x600.
