This is the wrong forum for your question - this one is for SmartMusic which is a teaching aid type of subscription program.
 
Post your question in the regular Finale Mac forum.

It is considered good forum etiquette to include a signature block which you can setup in your profile that lists the name and version of your Finale product along with your OS name and version along with any other info you think is pertinent.
