Hi all-

Finale 2009
Just installed Snow Leopard, all going well until:

Using the Page Layout Tool, the Edit Margins Dialog Box does not appear when selected
I tried selecting all the handles, individual system handles, choosing Edit Margins from the Menu Bar, etc
The box just does not appear an I have no access to those settings

Worked for the last 20 years - can't figure out what could be causing this

2 things to try :
1) increase the resolution of your screen, maybe the window is out of the current visible area. Are you using a second screen (turned off) ? The window could also be there.
2) quit Finale, trash the Finale preferences file and relaunch Finale.

I thought I had done all those things last night.Today I threw out the prefs file from the Finale 2009 folder, emptied the trash and it all worked correctly (but with not my prefs). Mysteriously, I then replaced my same old prefs file back into the 2009 folder and the Edit Margins box now appears. All is working correctly.
