HOWEVER, pretending you are a disinterested 3rd party ("I just found this") is incredibly dishonest and is an obnoxious practice that does nothing more than reduce your credibility, rather than pique interest in your product.
I am reporting this post as spam. related to the forum topic or not, the approach the poster has taken is one of a cheap spammer and should be treated as such. Finale (started with ver. 3.0) 2010, 2011, 2012b installed Win XP basically ALL Garritan sounds, plus XSample Chamber Ensemble.
"There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs." ~John Rogers | Back to Top | |

Ronwass said...Honestly guys, don't go overboard. It's not worth getting stressed over. Give him a break. Small Business is hard enough these days. He's actually "advertising" something that people here might be interested in, even though he didn't do it in the most appropriate way. Now if he was marketing sneakers or jewelry. . .
I'm not stressed, and I'm ok with the advertising post because it's so related to what we do here. The issue that some of us have is captured in your very first word: "Honestly". So with that:
Tristan: Welcome to the forum. We're a reasonable bunch of folks here. Your product may well be very useful for some of us, so we're glad to know about it. But in the future, just be up front with it.
