I have a voice and piano piece that has two blank pages in the middle. I went to page layout and entered Delete Pages. I listed the pages and then Hit the Ok. Nothing happens. Except that the program takes a following page of text and lays it over the following pages of music. Then I have to press Control Z to return it to it's original . WHY won't the program delete pages that are blank. I tried saving before deletion and going out of Finale to try again. Nothing worked.
Do any of you good people have suggestions.

Can you post the file for us to look at?

PS. Your signature says you have 14.5 Finale. What is that?

After you delete the pages, update the layout (Command-U).

There are issues with deleting pages not always working properly. It seems we had a thread about this in the not too distant past.

That should read 2014.5 for my Finale

Thanks for you responses. The Forum is an amazing help. I'll get onto making your suggestions and sending the file also.

Thanks

Rich
