I recently installed PM to a new computer running Windows 8.1, and cannot access the User Manual, which is web-based. I get a message saying "file:///C:/Program%20Files.... Make sure the path or Internet address is correct". No one at PM seems to be able to help. My assertion is that, since I paid for the product, part of it is missing and they should be able to provide it for me without having to pay $40 to upgrade. Anyone else run into this problem and found a workaround? Thanks kindly. | Back to Top

Dale is your path way listed as in the attachment below?

(The 2008 and your 2014 files look different). I don't know how to take a screen shot or I would show you. I agree with you that they should be able to send me the Manual in some format, but customer support balked. I find it hard to believe that it is not available or possible. | Back to Top

Thanks again,
