I entered several measures of music for a vocal line that included grace notes. When I played it back the notes played properly just before the beat. I copied the contents of the line into another score and the grace notes persist in playing back as a chord on the beat. Even if I delete and re-enter the measure by hand using simple entry, the grace notes will not replay properly. Any ideas?

Finale has a long-standing bug in that it won't properly play a grace note on the first beat of the piece. Could that be the problem?
If not, check Playback Settings (speaker icon) > Playback Options > Duration of Grace Notes. I believe the default is 128 EDU's, perhaps yours got reset to zero somehow.
