I was playing around in my C: Drive, and I noticed I still have previous versions of SmartMusic on my computer.  I was worried that if I deleated the previous versions I may delete accompaniaments that I have already downloaded.  I checked in the SmartMusic 10 folder, but I could not locate the stuff I had downloaded and changed.  since you only have to download an accompianment once I just assumed it got stored on your Hard Drive, and I dont want to erase them or any of the changes I have made to them.  Thanks for your help.

The accompaniments get stored in a database within the "C:\Documents and Settings" directory. The SmartMusic 9 and SmartMusic 10 databases are separate, so you could remove all the SM 9 files without affecting SM 10.

ok thank you.  I had SmartMusic 8, and I see some of the folders for 8  where I also see folders for 10.  I thought there might be some shared databases or something.

What is the path to the downloaded files? I could not seem to find them.  I have SmartMusic 10.0, also, I wanted to know if it is possible to download the files for ensemble songs and put them on a pen drive or cd so that another person (student) could put them on their computer if they don't have high speed internet.
