Is Finalescript capable of any kind of relative selection of measure and system objects?

For example:
- selecting the first measure on page 2
- selecting the last system on page 3

I would like to create a script that can select and modify measures or staves based on a relative reference rather than an absolute reference. I know that this can be done with staves as in the command: "select 'clarinet' to bottom". How about measures or systems?
